With everyone facing such uncertainty during these challenging times, as musicians we all know the amazing benefits that playing a musical instrument can bring you. Much research has been undertaken over the years proving the important role it plays in our lives and how it improves a persons well being - at times like these we will certainly all benefit from this!
For those that have never played before but have always wanted to learn (I wish I had a pound for every time I'd heard that!!) then there has never been a better time. Whether it be Piano, Guitar, Keyboard, Ukulele.... there are some truly incredible quality instruments available to suit any budget - perfect for those potential longs days in isolation!! Or perhaps you have an instrument gathering dust in the corner,? Now maybe the time to brush it off and give it another go!
It's never been easier to learn - As well as one to one Piano, Guitar, Keyboard, Theory & Drum lessons at our Worcester Academy School of Music, we will, as and when the need arises, continue to teach online so that from the comfort of your own home, you can receive the expert guidance you need to start or continue your musical journey.
Alongside the more traditional lessons, advances in technology has opened up a new way of learning. There are incredible apps available such as Yamaha Smart Pianist and Flowkey which work with Yamaha Digital Pianos and Keyboards so that beginners or advanced players can learn to play their favourite songs at their own pace. All said, however you choose to learn to play, the most important thing is that you enjoy it and have fun doing so!!!
So whatever you require, please remember us down here in New Street Worcester. Whether you'd like to start playing and need an instrument to get going on, whether its time upgrade your existing instrument to something better and more up to date, whether you've dug out that old instrument and you need new strings, reeds or some new sheet music to play on it - we at Cranes have got it covered.
We're still open and here for advice either in person, on the phone or via email - would be great to hear from you.
